Ambasha – Ethiopian Bread

Serves 4
500 g wheat flour
½ cup oil
1 tsp cumin
1 packet yeast
2-3 cups water
salt to taste

Dissolve yeast in two cups lukewarm water and mix it with the other ingredients. Knead well, cover and leave for two hours. Put the dough in a greased quiche or spring form pan and prick with a fork. Place in the preheated oven (200-200 °C) for 30-60 minutes.
